18. Excercise for an accumulation of 1 hour every week.

WEEK:
  1. Hiking at Maunawili, then swimming at Maunawili. 2-3 hours.
  2. Walk around the Wild Park, 2-3 hours.
  3. Trampolining, biking, riding kit-kart - 1 hour
  4. Speed walking with Hong - 30 min. Walk around Dusseldorf - 3 hours.
  5. Running in the woods - 30 min. x 2 = 1 hr.
  6. Running in the woods - 30 min. x 4 = 2 hr.
  7. Running in the woods - 30 min. x 3 = 1.5 hr. Brisk walking - 1.5 hr = 3 hr.
  8. Walking around Paris - 5 hr. x 2 = 10 hours + walk around neighborhood - 1 hr = 11 hr.
  9. Brisk walk through the neighborhood - 1 hr.
  10. Walk around Koln - 2 hr. + walking in Dusseldorf - 1 hr = 3hr.
  11. London
  12. Scotland
  13. Ireland
